I love sculpted cakes! They take a ton more time, but are so fabulous when they are finished!

I love decorating cakes.  It’s the perfect combination of art and baking and has become somewhat of an obsession of mine lately.  I dream of doing it professionally… Maybe someday.  Although would it still be as much fun???  Anyway, this is just a little site to keep my cake portfolio.  Enjoy!
